Islamists on Welfare: Paid to Plot the West’s Demise...

In 2008, the Toronto Sun reported that “hundreds of [Greater Toronto Area] Muslim men in polygamous marriages — some with a harem of wives — are receiving welfare and social benefits for each of their spouses, thanks to the city and province, Muslim leaders say.”
“Polygamy is a regular part of life for many Muslims,” Canadian Society of Muslims president Mumtaz Ali declared bluntly. “Ontario recognizes religious marriages for Muslims and others.”
Government officials quickly denied the Muslim leader’s claims about immigration law and social benefits regulations. Only one public servant seemed sufficiently concerned. “This is wrong,” said city councilor Rob Ford. “They should put a stop to this immediately.”
Instead, welfare abuse by Muslims appears to have metastasized across the Western world. Almost three years later, news stories about radical Muslims — often immigrants — engaged in social benefits scams emerge regularly from Europe, Canada, and Australia. Even when they are not involved in fraud, Muslims frequently are overrepresented on welfare rolls, compared with other communities. The statistics from around the globe are jaw-dropping, especially in economically uncertain times.
According to one 2007 source, immigration, of which Muslims comprise a significant part, “costs Sweden at least 40 to 50 billion Swedish kroner [approximately $7 billion] every year … and has greatly contributed to bringing the Swedish welfare state to the brink of bankruptcy.” Yet two years earlier, the country’s finance minister declared counterintuitively that “more immigrants should be allowed into Sweden in order to safeguard the welfare system.”
One Iranian immigrant to Sweden expressed astonishment at his new country’s policies: “In Sweden my family encountered a political system that seemed very strange. The interpreter told us that Sweden is a country where the government will put a check into your mailbox each month if you don’t work. She explained that there was no reason to get a job.”
The statistics from Norway are even more shocking. According to a University of Oslo study, “non-Western immigrants” are ten times as likely to be on social assistance as native Norwegians.
In Germany, Muslims are four times as likely to be receiving welfare as non-Muslims. However, unlike his counterpart in Sweden, Berlin’s former finance senator Thilo Sarrazin is speaking out against the benefits system and has penned a bestselling book condemning the nation’s immigration policies. Sarrazin stated while in office that welfare recipients could feed themselves on four euros per day, adding that “losing weight is the least of their problems.”
Research by Daniel Pipes and Lars Hedegaard from 2002 reveals that mostly Muslim immigrants in Denmark “constitute five percent of the population but consume upwards of 40 percent of the welfare spending.” In that country, numerous “single” women who receive social assistance are really the wives of polygamous Muslim men.
Polygamy and benefits fraud go hand in hand across the continent. Last year in France, a polygamous Muslim and father of 17 children was charged with welfare fraud when authorities discovered that “two of his companions lived in Dubai for a year while continuing to receive welfare benefits worth 10,000 euros.” The man did not exactly have a low profile, as he made news previously when one of his wives was fined for driving while wearing a niqab that restricted her vision.
In one instance, a former minister in the British government, which has been known to grant additional welfare benefits to cover a man’s additional wives, openly promoted welfare use and abuse among her Muslim constituents. Last December, deputy Labour Party leader Harriet Harman labeled Muslim immigrants who send a portion of their welfare payments to families back home “heroic.” She even “called for tax refunds to encourage more immigrants to follow suit.”
However, ordinary Muslims are not the only ones exploiting generous Western welfare systems for personal gain. In 2005, the UK Telegraph reported that the governor of Pakistan’s Sindh province had received British state benefits of around £1,000 a month for ten months, plus the rent for a northwest London house.
Even worse, many well-known Islamic radicals are on the dole. The irony of the situation is inescapable: their parasitical behavior obliges governments, through taxpayers, to subsidize their adopted country’s own destruction.
For example, one of England’s most notorious Muslim leaders, hate preacher and Islamic law proponent Anjem Choudary, has boasted about receiving £25,000 a year in benefits, explaining that the money “belongs to Allah.” Membership in Choudary’s Islam4UK group was criminalized after he threatened to lead 500 followers on a highly provocative “anti-war” march, “carrying empty coffins to mark Muslims ‘mercilessly murdered’ in Iraq and Afghanistan.” Choudary even paid the £50 fine brought down against Emdadur Choudhury (no relation) for burning poppies while disrupting somber Remembrance Day services last year. It was revealed that Emdadur Choudhury, who has been dubbed “the designer label extremist” for his taste in Western clothes, lives in “a free council flat and [receives] almost £800 a month [in] state handouts.”
Then there is Abdul Rahman Saleem, who once served prison time for inciting racial hatred during London riots against the Danish Muhammad cartoons. He now stands accused of “fiddling the benefits system by working while claiming jobseekers’ allowance.” A “friend”-turned-informant told the Daily Mail, “He likes to say ‘Allah provides’ — but in reality it is the state he seems to despise so much that makes the provisions for him. The Child Support Agency claim[s] there is nothing they can do to make him pay for his children because he is in receipt of jobseekers’ allowance.”
Meanwhile, five Muslim men convicted of harassment for shouting insults during a 2009 homecoming parade for British soldiers nevertheless went unpunished, declaring that taxpayers would foot the bill for court costs because they were on welfare.
Moreover, it was revealed last year that the council house occupied by the wife and eight children of England’s most infamous convicted hate preacher, the hook-handed Abu Hamza, received a £40,000 “makeover paid for by taxpayers.” His children are British-born, the Daily Mail reported, “meaning they are entitled to support from the state, which would continue even if Hamza is extradited.” This support has included close to £700 per week in rent, benefits, and allowances.
Not even revelations that some actual terrorists collect welfare payments before and after they commit their crimes have prompted sweeping reforms of the benefits system.
Two weeks after the July 7, 2005, bombings in London, four explosions disrupted the city’s public transportation system once more. (Fortunately, only one injury was reported.) British authorities subsequently discovered that the Muslim radicals involved in the attack had collected more than £165,000 in benefits, aided by multiple addresses and national insurance numbers. Two of them originally won asylum in Britain by using forged passports and false names.
Abu Qatada, sometimes referred to as “Osama bin Laden’s ambassador in Europe,” was found guilty of plotting to plant bombs during millennium celebrations in Jordan. After his release from prison in 2008, he was granted £150 a week in “incapacity benefits” for a bad back — despite later being photographed wearing a knapsack and carrying groceries on the anniversary of the July 7 London bombings. Along with publishing that photo, theTelegraph revealed that “Qatada’s family is understood to be claiming around £47,000 a year in benefits — £500 a week in child benefits for the four of his five children under 18, £210 for income support, £150 for incapacity benefit, £45 in council tax benefit — along with a council home worth around £800,000.”
Similar situations have occurred in Australia. When Abdul Nacer Benbrika stood trial on terrorism charges, it emerged that the illegal Algerian immigrant and father of seven, who had been ordered deported three times, “never worked a day” in 19 years and “has cost us millions” in welfare payments, “baby bonus” checks, and other benefits, in the words of one broadcaster.
Furthermore, Australian David Hicks brazenly declared his plan to go on the dole as soon as he was released from prison. An unrepentant would-be “martyr,” Hicks trained with al-Qaeda in Afghanistan and claims to have met Osama bin Laden 20 times. His father told the Herald Sun in 2007, “He’s an Australian citizen. He has a right to that sort of thing.”
One of Norway’s most notorious welfare recipients is also a convicted terrorist: Mullah Krekar, who has been linked to bombings in Madrid and Iraq.
Meanwhile, Canada’s most famous welfare recipients — Muslim or otherwise — remain the Khadrs. Confessed war criminal Omar Khadr still resides in Guantanamo Bay, having pleaded guilty to killing a U.S. soldier in Afghanistan in 2002. However, his extended family members, all of whom share his radical views, continue to live on welfare in a Toronto suburb.
Despite the public outrage provoked by the Toronto Sun in 2008, little evidence suggests that the situation has improved in Canada. In early 2011, the Mounties charged Ahmad El-Akhal, a Quebec immigration consultant, with “providing Canadian citizenship documents to hundreds of people in the Middle East so they could collect benefits and tax refunds” to the tune of $500,000. Adding an original twist on the venerable scam, none of the individuals receiving benefits actually lived in Canada. According to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the scheme had been going on since 1999.
This author contacted the officials originally quoted in that Toronto Sun report to ask what is being done about welfare abuse by Muslims. The office of Rob Ford, who is now Toronto mayor, never replied to inquiries. Just one individual, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Community and Social Services, responded — but only with a boilerplate email. Rebecca MacKenzie explained that the ministry is “not able to provide comment on specific cases due to privacy concerns,” adding that they “take allegations of fraud very seriously.”
Seriousness is long overdue. As an Islamist Watch blog post from 2009 put it, “Only one adjective properly describes a government that funds those who seek its destruction: suicidal.”

30 Days magazine (June 2000) carried an interview of Father Gabriel Amorth, chief exorcist of Rome and the most famous exorcist in the world. Fr. Amorth said that the new rite of exorcism is "a farce. An incredible obstacle that is likely to prevent us from acting against the demon." He observes that the new exorcism rite forbids exorcisms on people who have been reportedly subjected to evil spells. Fr. Amorth exclaimed, "Absurd. Evil spells are by far the most frequent causes of possessions and evil procured through the demon: at least 90% of cases. It is as good as telling exorcists they can no longer perform exorcisms." He also noted that it also "solemnly declares that one should not carry out exorcisms if one is not certain of the presence of the devil. This is a masterstroke of incompetence: the certainty that the devil is present in someone can only be obtained by carrying out an exorcism." He considers the new rite "a blunt weapon. Efficacious prayers, prayers that had been in existence for twelve centuries, were suppressed and replaced by new ineffective prayers."

About Rome and the hierarchy, Fr. Amorth lamented, "We have a clergy and an episcopate who no longer believe in the devil, in exorcisms, in the extraordinary evil that the devil can cause, nor in the power that Jesus has given us to drive out demons." Explaining why he and other exorcists were denied an audience with the Pope, he warned, "The smoke of Satan has entered everywhere. Everywhere! Perhaps we were excluded from the audience with the Pope because they were afraid that such a large number of exorcists might succeed in chasing out the legions of demons that have installed themselves in the Vatican."

When asked by the reporter for 30 Days if he had made a joke, Fr. Amorth replied: "It may seem like a joke, but I do not believe it is. I have no doubt about the fact that the demon tempts the authorities of the Church especially, just as he tempts every authority, those of politics and industry."

LARGO, Florida, March 29, 2011 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Pepsico, Kraft Foods, and Nestlé are among the corporations partnered with a biotech company found using aborted fetal cell lines to test food flavor enhancers, according to a pro-life watchdog group.
The internationally recognized biotech company, Senomyx, boasts innovation and success in “flavour programs” designed to reduce MSG, sugar and salt in food and beverage products. Senomyx notes their collaborators provide them research and development funding plus royalties on sales of products using their flavor ingredients.
Pro-life watchdog group, Children of God for Life (CGL), has called upon the public to target the major corporations in a boycott, unless the company ceases to use aborted fetal cell lines in their product testing.
“Using isolated human taste receptors,” the Senomyx website claims, “we created proprietary taste receptor-based assay systems that provide a biochemical or electronic readout when a flavor ingredient interacts with the receptor.”
“What they do not tell the public is that they are using HEK 293 – human embryonic kidney cells taken from an electively aborted baby to produce those receptors,” stated Debi Vinnedge, Executive Director for CGL, the watch dog group that has been monitoring the use of aborted fetal material in medical products and cosmetics for years.
“They could have easily chosen COS (monkey) cells, Chinese Hamster Ovary cells, insect cells or other morally obtained human cells expressing the G protein for taste receptors,” Vinnedge added.
Responses from major corporations to CGL’s letter campaign succeeded in warning the pro-life watchdog that these companies would need significant public pressure to admit involvement in and convince them of the need to change Senomyx’s unethical testing methods.
After three letters, Nestlé finally admitted the truth about their relationship with Senomyx, noting the cell line was “well established in scientific research”.
Pepsico wrote: “We hope you are reassured to learn that our collaboration with Senomyx is strictly limited to creating lower-calorie, great-tasting beverages for consumers. This will help us achieve our commitment to reduce added sugar per serving by 25% in key brands in key markets over the next decade and ultimately help people live healthier lives.”
“If enough people voice their outrage and intent to boycott these consumer products, it can be highly effective in convincing Senomyx to change their methods”, Vinnedge noted. “Otherwise, we will be buying Coca-Cola, Lipton soups and Hershey products!”

An Icy blast tugged temperatures well below zero degrees in a large swath of the South on Thursday, leaving ranchers and farmers fretting about their animals after a winter storm dropped 2 feet of snow on parts of Arkansas and Oklahoma and left at least three people dead.
Forecasters predicted lows of minus 11 degrees in northwest Arkansas and minus 10 degrees in parts of Oklahoma. But by early morning, temperatures had dipped to minus 18 in Fayetteville and to minus 27 in Bartlesville, Okla., according to the National Weather Service.
In an area of the nation unaccustomed to such snow and subzero temperatures, those numbers had cattlemen such as Paul Marinoni crossing their fingers that pregnant cows won't give birth during the coldest hours. The newborns could stick to the ground, much like tongues on a flagpole, and die, Marinoni said.
"How do you prevent it?" Marinoni, 70, said from his farm outside Fayetteville. "You can't."
Marinoni said he leaves the cows out overnight because they're too messy to stay inside a barn. Even before the temperatures dipped to well below zero, some cows had collected fins of icicles down their backs as the snow.
"There ain't no way to keep them warm," he said.
Marinoni hoped to check on his cows at sunrise, but by midmorning, he was still shuttered inside, waiting for it to warm up a bit.
"Minus 17 with about 20 inches of snow," he said. "I've never seen anything like it."
The frigid temperatures followed a powerful blizzard that howled through the nation's midsection Wednesday and made its way into the Deep South, where it brought a mix of rain and snow to some areas. The heaviest snow was concentrated in the northeast corner of Oklahoma, where the towns of Colcord and Spavinaw got 22 and 23 inches, respectively. The deepest snow was reported near the village of Jay, with 25 inches.
Three people, including a mother and her infant, died in traffic accidents Wednesday along a snow-covered highway in Arkansas, and another woman was killed when she lost control of her vehicle in Springfield, Mo. A van carrying prisoners skidded on ice and crashed on a highway in eastern Oklahoma on Thursday, injuring two prisoners. Blowing snow brought traffic to a halt in some areas and abandoned cars choked major highways after some drivers gave up and walked away.
The fresh snow was especially troublesome in Tulsa, Okla., where many roads were still impassable from last week's record 14-inch snowfall. The previous storm kept students out of school for at least six days. Mail, bus and trash service were only recently restored.
Five more inches of snow fell Wednesday in Tulsa, according to the National Weather Service. That raised the city's total for the winter to 25.9 inches, breaking the previous seasonal record of 25.6 inches, set during the winter of 1923-24.
Elsewhere in Oklahoma, ranchers struggled to keep their herds well fed and hydrated. Danny Engelman spent hours tending to some 300 cows.
"If the temperatures get down to zero, with wind chills of 20 below zero, you've got a good chance of losing a calf," Engelman said. "Sometimes you've got to put them in the pickup and get some heat on them."
Most ranchers prepare for winter storms by giving their cattle the right food to build up their energy reserves.
"If their belly is filled with high-protein feed, they can withstand incredible cold," Engelman said.
Meanwhile, poultry farmers will burn a lot of propane in the next few days trying to heat their chicken houses, said Dustan Clark, an Extension Service poultry veterinarian at the University of Arkansas.
"It's a balancing act — ventilating the house to keep it from getting too damp, bringing in the cold air, and heating it to keep it from getting too cold," he said.

In Atlanta, the monthly average temperature was 40.2 degrees F (2.5 degrees below normal), in Athens 39.7 degrees (2.5 degrees below normal), Columbus 43.6 degrees (3.2 degrees below normal), Macon 42 degrees (3.5 degrees below normal), Savannah 45.1 degrees (4.1 degrees below normal), Brunswick 49.1 degrees (2.6 degrees below normal), Alma 44.9 degrees (6.8 degrees below normal), Valdosta 47.3 degrees (2.6 degrees below normal) and Augusta 41.7 degrees (3.1 degrees below normal).
If colder-than-normal temperatures continue into February, this winter could possibly set records for the coldest winter ever in some parts of Georgia. Record low temperatures were set at Macon, Savannah and Alma Jan. 14. Macon reported 16 degrees, breaking the old record of 19 degrees set that date in 1970. Savannah and Alma reported 18 degrees, surpassing the old records of 20 degrees set at both locations in 1964.

Crucifixes on door saves H & H Store...
    On June 30, 1984, Jesus said: "And also, My children, I ask you again to place a crucifix upon your door. Both front and back doors must have a crucifix. I say this to you because there will be carnage within your areas, and this will pass you by if you keep your crucifix upon your doors."
    Let us now see the factual proof of Heaven’s protection, to those who follow Our Lady’s counsel. At a "Stop ‘n’ Go" shop at the corner of Jackson St. and Orange Ave. in Paramount, looters broke the windows and cleaned the store of $20,000 to $40,000 in merchandise, including freezers. One clerk there exclaimed, "Everything was taken!" Two weeks later it was just starting to reopen again to customers.
    Three blocks away, at the corner of Garfield Ave. and Alondra Blvd., was a different story. "H & H Store," also in Paramount, suffered six broken windows, not including the broken glass front door. Yet with this difference: Nothing was taken. Owner Juliette Cota gratefully affirmed, "Nothing taken! Not even a bar of soap!" A great mystery, considering several of the broken windows were large enough for the looters to easily pass through. So what was the difference? The owner had been warned by a local Bayside believer to put up a crucifix on the front door, and she did. A believer herself, she is now also telling others why her shop was spared. Her son, fearful of future riots, is desirous to sell the shop and move. Juliette, the mother and owner, confidently told us, "I am not afraid."

    We live in Western Massachusetts where Hurricane "Bob" came through. We had crosses on our outside doors. No damage was done to our home or property.
    On both sides of us people had trees down. Trees were broken in half etc. One tree fell in the middle of the street and shook our house but that was all. Trees and lines were down in the whole neighborhood. We had no electricity for eight hours.
    During that time, it brought home to us the messages Our Lady talks about where there would be no utilities. Tell everyone they need their crosses on the outside of all their outside doors.

     Our Lady – “My child, it is Our wish that none should perish in the days ahead. Convert the unbeliever. Michael, the guardian of Our House, makes it known to you that you must make every effort to convert the unbeliever. The good stalks are being fed the pure waters, or they would have wilted, My child, long ago. Satan has destroyed many minds. Satan has captured many souls from Us. We ask now those with strength in the light, to reach out and save your brothers.
New York City labeled Babylon
     “You have allowed the evil to grow strong in your country. You will remove from your country this seat of evil that grows strong in your city. The mark of the beast has labeled your city Babylon! Open your heart and eyes now to the truth, before it is too late. You are being blindly led to your own destruction. The brood of vipers within your city must be removed at once!
     “The world is fast turning to the darkness.

     Veronica – Jesus says:
     Jesus – “To all My bishops and priests of the world and earth, I ask you now: shall you stand before Me and say, ‘My teaching is pure in Your sight.’? Remember, you will stand before Me and say, ‘My teaching is pure in Your sight.’ And I shall cast you as venom from the vipers into the flames of damnation.
     “Your cross, My child, will grow very heavy. You will close your mind and ears to the opinion of man, for your direction will be from My Mother and I. Keep humble of spirit, My child, for the last shall advance to the first.
Church of God and church of man
     “There are two crosses in your world now, My children: the cross of the living God and the one that man has built for himself to worship. There are two churches on your earth now: the Church of your living God and the church of man.
     “Remember, do not condemn My Church, My children, for I gave it to you with truth and purity. It is man—in influence of satan—using fallen leaders who seek to defy and defile Me and My House! Those who remain in the light will recognize this truth. These loosed demons can be driven away by the guardians—the angels—assigned to My House to defend My House! Yes, even those who have fallen from grace will be rescued if they repent of their ways now and turn back to Us! Soon there will be a sword placed upon the world.
Punishment in stages
     “The punishment upon an unrepentant world will be given in stages. One will be internal, man’s own creation; the next will be from the elements; and finally, from the constellations will fall upon you the Ball of Redemption. Houses will blow in the wind and skin will dry up and blow from the bones as though it had never been.
     “Hasten, harken, and listen now, for you are receiving one of the final warnings given to this world. Before the cataclysm comes upon you, Our words will have reached throughout your earth; and those who fall will fall of their own choosing.
     “Do not judge, but act in charity, for the final judge is always the Father.
     “Every man on earth will follow one course to save himself: atonement, prayer, sacrifice, and turning from the lures that satan has leashed and unlashed upon you. You have been allowed to become blind because of your sins. You have been allowed to fall because you cast away the graces that We have given you. And there will come the time when satan will be loosed in full to claim those who have made their way to him.”
Oasis in a barren land
     Our Lady – “This hallowed place will become soon an oasis in a barren land, My children. In time you will understand fully well what I am telling you now.
     “Since you have been given this grace to hear My words, you have an obligation now to pass this word to your brothers and sisters. For there will be many tears before the gathering of My Son’s House. But one day—keep the hope, My children, in your hearts—yes, one day all will be as beautiful. All will be as the Father had created it to be. This thought, this truth you will keep with you in the days ahead. Remember, My children, one day all will be joy again.
     “My Son plans His return now. All of the next days will be governed by your actions now. Yes, My Son plans to return, but there will be many trials and tribulations before that great day.
     “Our hearts also are heavy, My children, but they lighten when We view the joy that will be Our ultimate victory over satan and the powers, the principalities, the evil he has set up upon your world, upon Our children.
     “Keep your Rosary about your neck; retire in prayer and works of charity. Do not become a part of this new system of satan on your earth.
     “Think, My children: can you remember those earth days when life was filled with more joy than today? And you will recognize the progress satan has made in your world to destroy your happiness, to destroy your love. Oh yes, My children, he does not do this so you will recognize his dirty work. No, he is a vile creature of the flames who parades as angels of light until he has drawn you into the web that he spins across the earth now.
     “If you listen to Us, if you save yourself now in the heart of My Son, His Sacred Heart, you will not be caught in this web.
     “I am on earth now, visiting many places as a Mediatrix of all graces, graces freely bestowed on all who ask for them.
     “I am the Queen of Heaven, Mother of earth, but I am still a Mother of My children. And you are My children, and I will be with you until I return with My Son.
     “I will be here on the eve of all feast days. I will dispense many graces from these hallowed grounds. Come to Me, My children. Fill your souls with the graces so necessary in the dark days ahead.
     “I must warn you now, My children, the war is on. While you gather your graces there is one beside you who seeks to take them away. You must guard yourself well, My children, against the evils. Learn to recognize the face of evil about you. Pray, and you will be given the light.
     “You will now, My children, extend your sacramentals. My Son will bless all sacramentals.”
     Veronica – Extend your sacramentals. Jesus will bless all sacramentals—cards, medals, books. Jesus is standing to the left, far left, of the flagpole. He is blessing all sacramentals in the sign of the Holy Trinity, like this.
     Now Jesus has moved to the right side of the flagpole. He says:
     Jesus – “I bless you all, My children. Come to Me in belief.”
     Veronica – Our Lady is dressed in a very white gown. And the mantle is very bright, it’s very bright. I can hardly look at it. It’s gold all around the outside of the mantle. It goes like—it comes down Her back. And She’s holding a Rosary, a very large Rosary. It’s white, and it glows; I see some light coming from all the white beads. But on the end is a very large cross, and it’s made of beautiful gold. And as Our Lady turns—She’s nodding to Jesus, Who is standing over to Her right—there’s this big cross; it is beautiful!
     And Our Lady has now—it seems to have come from the sky, a round, sort of a . . . not a crown; it’s like a circlet. It’s like a circlet, and it’s got—oh, the most beautiful golden stars. And it has one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven—I can see twelve stars around the circlet.
     And Our Lady also is pointing to Saint Theresa, who is standing over on the left side of the flagpole. Saint Theresa has a very large Rosary, but it is brown. And Saint Theresa is motioning with her skirts, her skirts. Now Theresa says:
Immodesty of the nuns
     St. Theresa – “I make it known you must dress as befits your vocation. It offends the Father and all Heaven, your immodesty, my sisters.”
     Veronica – And she’s pointing to the top of her headpiece. It’s like a—she has a white band . . . [words not clear] down on her forehead, and she has a, what looks like a black cloth on her head. And she says:
     St. Theresa – “No hair. No hair means no hair showing.”
     Veronica – And she says keep the arms covered.
     St. Theresa – “. . . [Words not clear] and pray for my sisters.”
     Veronica – Oh, but over here Jesus is pointing, and I see the inside of a church. And He’s going like this to the people in the church. And He’s going like this, because I see people walking down, and they are receiving Communion. And they’re forming a—and they’re also . . . also there’s a woman—oh! Oh, Our Lady is standing there with a handkerchief across Her eyes, because She’s pointing to a girl—she looks about eighteen—and the girl, the girl has an open dress. And I can see her underwear as she’s bending over to receive Holy Communion, I can see her underwear. And Our Lady is terribly upset. Oh! Oh!
     And I see that Jesus has turned, and He’s placing His fingers like this. And He’s standing, He’s standing by the altar railing. And Jesus is going over by the priest. And the priest turns his back on Him.
     And Theresa, Theresa is pointing to some who are approaching the altar railing, and she is pointing to their hair. There are five girls. They look like they haven’t anything on their heads. . . . [words not clear.]
     And Jesus says:
     Jesus – “You have now, My child, witnessed the defilement brought upon man. My teachers are not pure in My sight.”
     Veronica – Jesus says that what will take place in the days ahead will be necessary for the forceful recovery of souls. Jesus says the Father is all-merciful, but rather than lose His children to satan, firm action will be taken.
And Our Lady seems to be crying. And She’s pointing, pointing over to—it looks like a . . . [words not clear.] And She’s saying:
     Our Lady – “There will be a glorious victory soon upon the world. Prepare yourself; cleanse your soul of all sin, mortal and venial. Prepare yourself for the spectacle ahead. Many will see and yet not believe, My children.”
     Veronica – Now Jesus has returned to the right of the flagpole. He’s blessing everyone at this time with the sign of the cross: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
     Our Lady said continue with the prayers that are needed for the recovery of all straying souls.
Rose Notes from Veronica:
     Miraculous photos are being given from Heaven. We now have a photo of a sunset, and in the clouds are the letters: “U.N,” and on the other end of the photo, a dragon. The letters appeared from nowhere onto a Polaroid photo when a lady was photographing the sunset before the entrance of Red China into the U.N.
     We also have a photo of a pope rising in the clouds into Heaven. The photo was taken of the sky, and out came the pope with a cross and staff in his hand.
     The Jacinta 1972 photo and the eagle are also recorded for holy Church of the future.

Food prices: World Bank warns millions face poverty

Prices of foodstuffs such as wheat have been hit by unrest in North Africa

The World Bank has warned that rising food prices, driven partly by rising fuel costs, are pushing millions of people into extreme poverty.

World food prices are 36% above levels of a year ago, driven by problems in the Middle East and North Africa, and remain volatile, the bank said.
That has pushed 44 million people into poverty since last June.
A further 10% rise would push 10m more below the extreme poverty line of $1.25 (76p) a day, the bank said.
And it warned that a 30% cost hike in the price of staples could lead to 34 million more poor.
'Protect the poor' The World Bank estimates there are about 1.2 billion people living on less than $1.25 a day.
"More poor people are suffering and more people could become poor because of high and volatile food prices," said World Bank president Robert Zoellick.

Mr Zoellick was speaking before IMF and World Bank spring meetings later this week.
The gatherings will be attended by finance ministers and central bankers including Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne, and Governor of the Bank of England, Mervyn King.
Nutrition The World Bank says prices of basic commodities remain close to their 2008 peak, with the prices of wheat, maize and soya all rocketing.
The only exception is rice, which has fallen slightly in price in the past year.
The bank suggests a number of measures to help alleviate the impact of high food prices on the poor.
They include encouraging food-producing countries to ease export controls, and to divert production away from biofuels production when food prices exceed certain limits..
Other recommendations include targeting social assistance and nutritional programmes to the poorest, better weather forecasting, more investments in agriculture, the adoption of new technologies - such as rice fortification to make it more nutritious, and efforts to address climate change.
It also said financial measures were needed to prevent poor countries being subject to food price volatility.

Veronica - Michael is on the right side of the flagpole. Now he's coming down forward, and he's saying:

St. Michael - "Make haste and listen well to the words of the high Queen of Heaven. Her direction will be followed, or you will receive the punishment due an ungrateful generation."

Veronica - Now Our Lady is coming down. Oh, She's dressed beautifully. Our Lady is all in white. All around the outside of Her robe—it covers Her head from Her feet all the way across Her head and down to Her feet—there's golden trim. It's very brilliant. As the light shines upon it, it glitters. And now as it glitters, I see tiny hosts appearing. They seem to be floating all about Her head, beautifully glittering.

Now Our Lady is coming down. She's over by the right side of the flagpole. And She's looking down over to the right side and over to the left, and She's holding out Her hand. Oh, but in Her hand is a large heart, and it's dripping with blood! And Our Lady says:

Our Lady - "See His heart, so torn by the offenses against Him!

"My hand grows tired. I hold back the darkness. I have wandered throughout the world begging for atonement. My pleas have fallen upon many deafened ears and many who have allowed themselves to be blinded through the pleasures and seeking of worldly riches."

Veronica - Now Our Lady is floating over—She never walks; She's floating over to the left side of the flagpole. And I see coming through the clouds, many, many angels.

Now I see a man. He's coming forward, and he says:

St. Robert Bellarmine

St. Robert Bellarmine - "I stand above my namesake, for the battle ahead will be one not only for the salvation of the human soul, but for the existence of the true Church of God!"

Veronica - Now over on the right side, there is a man. Oh, I know it's Saint Benedict. He's holding a large book. And he's pointing to the book, and he said:

St. Benedict

St. Benedict - "The rule will be followed without change!"

Veronica - Oh! Now Saint Benedict is pointing up, up to the sky. And he said:

St. Benedict - "See what is planned by the Father for those who have hardened their hearts!"

Veronica - Oh! Oh! Oh! I see ... there's a great darkness now covering the world. And now there is a large ball. It looks like a sun. But now it's very small in the distance. I see it approaching by years, by months, by days.

And now Our Lady is standing over to the right side, and She's saying:

Our Lady - "Count now each day and live it as though there will be no tomorrow on your earth!

"Penance, atonement, sacrifice, I have asked and cried for. Your country now holds the balance for the destruction of the world.

"We watch the battle that rages upon earth. Awaken and look with enlightened hearts upon fact and truth. You are now living in the battle of the spirits, the days of approaching darkness.

"I have chosen to remain upon earth as a Mediatrix between God and man. I will remain here with you, and have sent many guardians upon earth to guide you in the battle ahead.

"Our hearts and tears fall upon the young, the victims of their elders. The judgment of God will not be understood by human man. Therefore, you will all direct by good example and prayer. Do not seek to castigate your neighbor, but by good example and prayer lead him back onto the road to the Kingdom.

"There is much error and delusion upon earth. Many have fallen into the ways of the world, leading to a society based on humanism, modernism, and pure satanism. Before the battle is completed, you will have chosen your road and the ultimate eternity for your soul.

"Blindness of heart and intellectual pride have set many of Our high priests onto the road to damnation. Their example will take many with them, but they, too, can be returned if they will turn from their worldly ways, and return to prayer and starve their bodies of the demons that have entered upon them.

"There shall be no rationalization among men for sin. For sin is damnation, and there will be no excuse! Shall this world of yours continue, you will continue onto the road to a damnation in eternity of hell. Do you wonder why We plead with you now, My children, to make yourselves ready for what lies ahead?

"Your country and your world will be cleansed by trial. How foolish those who choose the easy road, the road that leads to darkness. How sad that they exchange a life of beauty in the Kingdom for the torments of damnation in hell with Lucifer.

"Pray, pray much, My children, for those who are in darkness. You who have been graced to have your eyes opened to the truth are under obligation now to spread the word and recover those who need your help in prayers and sacrifice. These graces were given to you so that you will be champions in the battle."

Veronica - Now I see over to the left side of the flagpole—Our Lady now is going over to the left side, and there are two men now standing with books in their hands. And I recognize Saint Thomas of Aquinas, Saint Robert Bellarmine. And now there's a young man coming forward. He's dressed—it looks almost like a choir boy's outfit. It's ... I, I don't recognize his garments. They look like a priest, but he has a cape over his—the black garment. And now he's holding up a book, and it says, "The Book of Life."

And he's pointing now over to Saint Robert, Saint Robert Bellarmine. Now Saint Robert is holding the Book up. Oh! And it's, it's all red; the Book is red. But upon the cover there's a large, black cross. He says:

St. Robert Bellarmine - "The Book is going into deep darkness also. The words will not be rewritten to suit man. The words of God will not be changed to pamper man on earth.

"There will be given many warnings before the Chastisement. One major warning will be given soon to your country. The Chastisement and cleansing will come in two parts of the world. One will be in your side."

The Chastisement

Veronica - Oh, Our Lady's showing me a large globe. I can see the United States and Canada. And I can see South America. And also now Our Lady's pointing over to the left side of this globe, and there's Asia, Egypt, Africa. And then.... Oh, there is a terrible war. Many, many people are dying. Many, many people will die, Our Lady said, many souls unprepared to come to the Kingdom.

Now Our Lady is pointing over—over on the right side there's a large globe. Now out in the sky I see ... it's a ball. It looks like the sun. But no, it's twirling—it's swinging very fast across the sky, and it has streamers of fire coming out from behind it. And it's twirling so fast. Oh, and the heat—it's very intense.

Now one of the tails has hit—oh! Oh! I see ... I, I see cities now. There's great fire. And all the lights—there's no electricity—all the lights have gone out. And people are running and trying to find candles. But the air has become stagnant, and there seems to be no oxygen. And they can't light the candles. It's very, very dark.

The punishment of New York

Now this ball, it's swinging. It seems to be—it's going very fast through the sky. And as it passes over, there are great particles of dust. [Veronica coughs.] People standing out in it, they're—they, they can't breathe. It's choking. It's like dirt falling from the sky. Now, now there are large rocks, and ... and—oh! Oh, some of them are falling upon the people. The buildings—some of the buildings have fallen, and the people are running away. But there's no place to run because now there's, there's—the waves have started to rise very, very high.

And oh, the waves are now ten, twelve feet high; and they're pulling into the land! And I see now—I see part of—oh! Oh! Oh! New York! Oh! Oh! Now the comet is swinging over. It, it's ... not just New York; it covers the whole land.

But I see now—Our Lady now is pointing over to the right, and there's a map. And I see little dots of light. I see one, two, three—over on our side on the map, it looks like from New York down to Florida—I see one, two, three, four ... it looks like eight or nine candles.

And then over towards the center, there are about ... maybe fifteen or twenty candles. And over, over on ... looks ... from Washington down to Mexico, I see very few candles—only, only maybe about four.

Now Our Lady's coming over. And now Our Lady said I am to listen, but not repeat.

[Pause]

Our Lady - " ... that man will be subjected to a cleansing that has never been experienced since the beginning of his world. All who are of well spirit will have no fear, for all is in the plan of the Father. Man has hastened what had been planned for the future. There is great hope that the little armies set up throughout the world will hold back the darkness."

Veronica - Now—oh, Our Lady's coming forward. And, oh! Saint Theresa is with Her, and—oh, Saint Theresa and her sisters. And it must be very windy up there because their skirts are blowing. And Theresa is smiling. And she said:

St. Theresa - "My sisters, I have come many times to the sacred grounds because I promised to direct you from Heaven. I do not misguide you when I follow the direction of the Queen of Heaven. I do not place myself above man and his failings, and I stand only as a small little speck in the world and in the firmament of Heaven. But I, too, know what lies ahead for you in your world.

"You must open your hearts to the Holy Spirit. There is much delusion. Many souls are now on the road to hell. We cry, we shed many tears for those who will be lost to the Kingdom.

"Satan has entered into the homes of my sisters. A strong example of discipline and purity must be shown within the homes of my sisters. Do not follow like the sheep to the slaughter."

Veronica - Now Saint Catherine Labouré is coming down, and she's standing next to Our Lady and Theresa. And she says:

St. Catherine Labouré - "How many times must the Queen of Heaven shed Her tears upon a world that turns its back upon Her? We await the final outcome, and the hand will be placed upon the world heavily.

"We are much distressed in Heaven to find the number of our sisters who have fallen in line and lead with great joy of heart down the road to the abyss. They do not seek the road to the Kingdom, but the pleasures of the world which will only be temporary. Eternity: do you not seek an eternity for your life and your soul? How long is eternity, my sisters? It is forever! Your earth-years are but short, but the Kingdom is forever.

Now there's a very, very bright light about Our Lady. And She's coming down. And now She's standing over the flagpole, to the right side, and She has Her hands extended out, like this. Oh, now from Her hands are coming rays.

The rays now—oh, they're ... they ... they are coming down on both sides of the flagpole, the rays. Now they're very, very strong. There are three rays from each of Our Lady's hands. And they're coming down upon the people. And Our Lady now is smiling. Oh, She is so beautiful! Now there are stars forming about Her head. They're all like a circlet. Oh, it's so beautiful.

Our Lady's cape now is blowing. Now the color—there are blue lights now coming down from Heaven, shining onto Her cape. Oh, the cape is so beautiful now. It's blue, it's blue with a gold trim.

Now Our Lady is placing Her hand now over Her heart. And now She's reaching out and placing Her—oh, She has the Rosary. Our Lady has Her Rosary in Her hands. It's beautiful. Oh, they're beautiful beads. They're all pearls, pearls. And the Our Father is golden. Now the crucifix is golden, very large and golden.

Now Our Lady is coming over to the right side of the flagpole. Oh, She is going to bless everyone with Her crucifix, like this. Our Lady is holding it like this: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

Now Our Lady looks down, and She's floating over to the left side, our left side of the flagpole. Oh, and She's extending Her hand now, and She's blessing everyone on the left side with the crucifix: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

Our Lady says:

Our Lady - "I send upon you graces in abundance, graces for the asking, the power of cure and conversion through prayer, instruments for the conversion of sinners. All sacramentals blessed on the sacred grounds of My Son—I say My Son, for I give no credit, My children, to Myself as the Queen of Heaven, but do honor to the Father of Heaven and earth, for the graces He chooses to send you for the conversion of your souls."

Veronica - Now Our Lady said:

Veronica - Our Lady said that throughout the world there is a delusion. Man is being taught that he will not be sent to hell or purgatory, no matter how much he offends his God, because his God is an all-loving God. Yes, He is an all-loving God.

And now I see Michael is now coming forward with Our Lady again. She said I am to remain in my seat. Our Lady said:

Our Lady - "Continue the discourse, My child.

"He is the Father, an all-loving God, but He has given man his free will. He has set man upon earth as His champion to make his way back to the Kingdom. It is your free will to choose Lucifer or the Kingdom of your God.

"Many now in the world have chosen to follow Lucifer. They can be recovered by the good hearts and prayers of those who have great love for mankind. Penance, atonement, and sacrifice given to others will be returned to you three-fold.

"Do not be deluded by satan's plan to take from your mind the existence of a purging place and hell. They do exist, and they have existed since the time of the angels when they were cast forth, as man, too, will be cast forth when he becomes disobedient and arrogant to his God."

Veronica - Now Michael is coming forward, and he's holding the balance. He says:

St. Michael - "See, my child, how uneven the scale balances. Recognize that the sins of man have placed a heavy load upon the scale. When the balance is fully edged...."

Veronica - Now Michael is holding the balance which is filled with—he's writing now in the sky the word "ABOMINATIONS": A-B-O-M-I-N-A-T-I-O-N-S. He said:

The angels with the bowls

St. Michael - "When the peak of iniquity has been reached, and the abominations fill...."

Veronica - Now he's holding a golden chalice, and he's looking into the chalice. And I see blood flowing from the chalice. It's a very large, golden chalice. Now I see three angels. They're standing over to the left side of the flagpole, and they have what looks like soup bowls in their hands. They're holding three bowls out.

Now one angel raises his hand above his head, like this, and with his left hand now he is turning the bowl over. Now the other angel points over to the right. Now he's coming over to the right, and he has raised up his hand and says—and he's pointing with four fingers, and he also has this large—that looks like an urn or a bowl, and he's turning it upside down.

The horses of the Apocalypse

Now the third angel—oh, behind him are four horses. Oh, the horses behind the third angel, they're all colored: one is black, one is red, one is white, and one is green. They're four colored horses.

Now I see a large body of water, and I see two angels. Now they're standing over the waters, and they place their hands over the waters. And the waters are now—are rising very, very high.

Now there are four angels. It's like they were on a four-cornered pond. And they're standing now, each with spears, at the four corners of the pond. And now Michael is coming to the right side, and he's saying:

St. Michael - "This, my child, is another puzzle for man to figure out. If not solved in due time, the Father plans to set the answer upon the world Himself."

Veronica - Now it's growing very, very dark. Oh, no, there's a light now up in the top of the sky. Oh, and Our Lady's coming forward now. Oh, and She's holding in Her hand the Baby, the Infant Jesus, and She's holding Him very close. And She said:

Our Lady - "Many infants of similar age shall be removed from the world, many against the will of the Father, and many through the will of the Father. Man shall make atonement for his offenses against his God."

Veronica - Now it grows very, very dark, and Our Lady is now—She hasn't turned Her back, but She's gliding back, back over the flagpole and over our heads now. She's standing over.... And Our Lady says:

Our Lady - "Continue now with your prayers of atonement and the beads of prayers I have given you for the recovery of souls."

Veronica - Now Jesus is coming over to the right side of the flagpole. And He's raising His hand above His head, with His three fingers extended, like this. Oh, and now He's making the sign of the Trinity: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Now Jesus—oh, He looks—oh, He's so beautiful! Oh!

Oh, He's wearing a burgundy-colored robe, and He has this cream-colored robe over it—under it, I mean; the burgundy robe covers His tunic. And He has sandals on; I can see Jesus' feet. Oh, He is showing me His shoes. They're sandals. And now Jesus is floating over to the left side of the flagpole. Now He said to repeat after Me:

Jesus - "I send unto you and diffuse among you the graces for conversion and cure, all graces that will be necessary for the propagation of My Mother's mission on earth."

Veronica - Now Jesus is raising His hand and then making the sign of the Trinity: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Now He's floating far over above the trees, over on the left. And He's standing, and He's looking down now.

Oh, and Our Lady now is coming over by Him. Oh, now Jesus has turned to Our Lady, and Our Lady is extending Her Rosary. It's very large, beautiful! The light is very bright.

Now Jesus is looking down, and He's raising His hand. He's just over by the trees, over between the two forks of the trees there. And He's extending His hand over His head, and He's blessing all the sacramentals: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Now Jesus now is floating over to the flagpole. Yes.

Jesus - "My children, We do not send upon you unjust punishments or chastisements. They are given only to bring you back to Us. All who remain in the light and close to Us will have no fear of the days ahead.

"You will carry the banner for Our Vicar. He has accepted his mission upon earth. He will enter into the Kingdom in glorious triumph. The prayers of atonement and the sacrifice for the repatriation of souls must continue unto the days of the final battle.

Champions for the Kingdom

"Be champions, My children, for the Kingdom, for the glories of the Kingdom far surpass the temporal pleasures of your world.

Recently there has been an incredible flurry of news reporting about food shortages and the pending global food crisis. Everyone who looks at the indicators would agree that this crisis is only likely to worsen. It is estimated that the Australia floods alone could cause a 30% jump in food prices. Although the average shopper already can feel the food inflation, it is difficult to recognize the severity of the looming food shortages. After all, there are still 15 types of colorfully-boxed Cheerios packing the isles, which gives us the illusion of abundance.
The truth is that we are headed for large food production shortfalls, manipulated or not, while middle-class food demand grows massively in the developing world. For decades the world's agriculture community produced more than enough food to feed the planet, yet some now believe we are reaching "Peak Food" production levels. In turn, other experts believe the "food bubble" is about to burst, and not even the biotech companies can save us.
However, there are still vast unused stretches of fertile land that can be used around the globe, and the U.S. ethanol mandates that reportedly consume at least 25% of the corn harvest could be reduced to ease the burden. Therefore, it seems that despite the extreme weather and dwindling harvests, food production still has room to increase, but not without foresight and planning.
Additionally, the current systems for growing food are fully dependent on oil to achieve high levels of production, while livestock production is running at full concentration-camp capacity; the end product must then travel thousands of miles to get to store shelves. Clearly we can see the fragile nature of this system, especially on human health and the environment. Consequently, solving the so-called "food crisis" is far more complex than simply fixing statistical supply and demand issues.
Indeed, these are turbulent times where humanity appears to be nearing Peak Everything. Ultimately, solutions to the food crisis will begin at the local level. There are cutting-edge farming techniques gaining popularity that produce a large variety of crops by mimicking nature, as well as innovative techniques for small-scale food production at home or in urban buildings. These hold promise for easing local hunger.
Personal ways to protect yourself from food shortages may seem obvious to some, but many feel the task can be insurmountable. To the contrary, here are 5 simple ways to protect yourself from the coming food crisis:
1. Create a Food Bank: Everyone should have a back-up to the everyday food pantry. In this environment, you should consider your personal food bank far more valuable than a dollar savings account. Start by picking up extra canned goods, dried foods, and other essentials for storage each time you go to the store. Also, hunt for coupons and shop for deals when they come up. Devise a plan for FIFO (first in, first out) rotation for your food bank. It is advisable to acquire food-grade bins to store your bulk dried foods, and be sure to label and date everything. Besides the obvious store-able foods like rice and beans, or canned goods, some other important items to hoard are salt, peanut butter, cooking oils, sugar, coffee, and powdered milk. If you don't believe the food crisis will be too severe, then buy items that you would eat on a normal daily basis. But if you believe the crisis will be sustained for some time, purchasing a grain mill to refine bulk wheat or corn may prove to be the most economical way to stretch your food bank. Some emergency MREs are also something to consider because they have a long shelf life.
2. Produce Your Own Food: Having some capacity to produce your own food will simply become a necessity as the food system crumbles. If you don't know much about gardening, then start small with a few garden boxes for tomatoes, herbs, or sprouting and keep expanding to the limits of your garden. And for goodness sakes, get some chickens. They are a supremely easy animal to maintain and come with endless benefits from providing eggs and meat, to eating bugs and producing rich manure. Five laying hens will ensure good cheap protein for the whole family. If you have limited growing space, there are brilliant aquaculture systems that can produce an abundance of fish and vegetables in a small area. Aquaponics is a contained organic hydroponic system where the fertilized waste water from the fish tank is pumped through the vegetable growing trays which absorb the nutrients before returning clean water to the fish tank. Set high goals for independent food production, but start with what's manageable.
3. Learn Food Preservation: Food preservation comes in many forms such as canning, pickling, and dehydrating. In every case some tools and materials are required along with a good deal of knowledge. If you can afford a dehydrator, they all usually come with a preparation guide for most foods. You can also purchase a vacuum sealer if you have the means. A good vacuum sealer should come with thorough instructions and storage tips, and will add months if not years to many food items. If you're a beginner at canning, start with tomatoes first. It's easy and very valuable when all your tomatoes ripen at the same time and you want fresh pasta sauce in the winter. A bigger ticket item that is nice to have for food preservation is a DC solar powered chest freezer. It is the ultimate treasure chest.
4. Store Seeds: The government and the elite have seed banks and so should you. Seeds have been a viable currency in many civilizations past and present. They represent food when scarcity hits. Before the rise of commercial seed giants like Monsanto, local gardeners were adept at selecting seeds from the healthiest plants, saving them, and introducing them to the harvest for the following year, thus strengthening the species. Through local adaptation to pests, genetic diversity was further ensured; it was long-term thinking at its finest. That is why it is important to find heirloom seed banks and learn to save seeds from each harvest.
5. Join or Start a Local Co-Op: Joining local cooperatives is very important, especially when food shortages occur. You may not be able to provide for yourself completely, especially in terms of variety, so having a community mechanism to spread the burden and share the spoils will be critical. If you don't know if you have a local food cooperative in your area you can search the directory at LocalHarvest.org. You may also be able to get information from your local farmers market. If your area doesn't have a co-op, then start one. These co-ops don't have to be big or elaborate. In fact, it may be more optimal to organize it with friends, neighbors, or co-workers. Whether you join or start a cooperative, work to expand the participants and products.
